How long does shipping take?
We'll get your order packed and ready to go within 2 business days. The time it takes to reach you is determined by your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout.
Usually all our orders arrive within 10 business days.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, click on the "request return" button for the item you want to return in your customer account.

Is Hibiscus Skincare Vegan?
All our products are vegan, with the exceptions of our:
- Nourishing cream (contains beeswax)
- Advanced Repairing Cream (contains bifida ferment lysate)
- Collagen Serum (contains marine collagen)
Do you include samples?
Yes! We happily include free samples of products to customers that regularly buy from us.
Some customers may even get samples of unreleased products.

Why should I use subscriptions?
Subscriptions are a great way to save on your favorite Hibiscus products. It also gives us enough time to ship your products so that they arrive on the same day every month/2 months.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause your subscription and restart it from your customer account.
Any email sent from us about your subscription will include links to manage it.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription in your customer account.
Any email sent from us about your subscription will include links to cancel it.
You will only be charged for your subscription if you cancel after the subscription auto-renew date.

Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
It depends - In most cases we may be able to accommodate changes.

How do I track my order?
You can track the status of your order in your customer account.
Additionally, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! In addition to shipping within the United States and Canada, we also provide standard and expedited international shipping.
I got an email saying my order is delayed!
In rare occasions, we or our couriers may experience delays with the shipping and delivery of your order.
We understand the frustration this may cause, and sincerely apologize. When this happens we compensate our customers with a $10 gift card for the inconvenience.
My order arrived damaged
We get that shipping accidents happen, and we are here to support you.

Yes, of course!
Our entire chain of manufacture does not include any animal testing, nor cruelty to animals, and our ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced.

What are AHAs?
AHAs, or Alpha Hydroxy Acids, are a group of water-soluble acids used for their exfoliating and rejuvenating properties. They work by loosening the bonds between dead skin cells, helping to slough off the outer layer of the skin and reveal smoother, brighter, and more even-toned skin underneath. Some common types of AHAs include glycolic acid (derived from sugar cane), lactic acid (found in milk), mandelic acid (derived from almonds), and citric acid (found in citrus fruits). AHAs are often used to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and texture.
What makes the Ageless Serum so special?
Our Ageless Serum is an amazing product - there isn't anything like this out there. It's advanced DermiPeptix complex and encapsulation technology are advancements in bioengineering.
This serum contains a high concentration of the proprietary DermiPeptix complex, which includes a variety of peptides, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid. These ingredients are known for their anti-aging properties, such as promoting collagen synthesis, enhancing skin elasticity, and improving hydration.
The ingredients are also encapsulated in nano-particles, which ensures deeper penetration into the skin layers and prolonged release, enhancing the efficacy of the serum.
How should I use the serums?
We recommend always doing a spot-test of any new skincare product prior to a full application, just in case there are any adverse effects.
Start with cleansed skin, apply any toners, and then your serum. Massage into your face and neck area, and let it absorb for a moment before applying any other serums or moisturizers.
Tips:
- When using a serum with Hyaluronic Acid, use a hydrating toner or spritz some water on your face.
- Don't use an AHA serum with another AHA product, as this has the potential to cause irritation.
